Dr. Victor Otero was born in New York City. He performed his undergraduate training at St. John’s University, NY where majored in Biology. Dr. Otero received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico and conducted his internship at St. Vincent Medical Center in New York. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, NY and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Otero possesses fluency in written and verbal Spanish.

Dr. Otero relocated to the Lehigh Valley in 1998 and began his training in aesthetic medicine in 2004 by performing sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider and varicose veins, and then mesotherapy (lipodissolve) for fat reduction and has extensive training in Botox® and dermal filler injection procedures.



Dr. Otero primarily practices in Young Medical Spa's second location at Rapunzel's Salon & Spa in Lansdale, PA.
