Paula Di Marco Young, BS, RN
Staff Nurse, Social Media & Internet Marketing

Paula is the co-owner of Young Medical Spa^®. She is on the Board of Directors of the Medical Spa Society, and is a member of the:

       ~ American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals
       ~ Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses
       ~ American Nurses Association
       ~ The Aesthetic Practice Association

Paula also holds a current license with the PA Cosmetology Board and previously owned a Merle Norman Cosmetics national franchise, a full-service beauty salon, and a chain of tanning salons. Prior to establishing Young Medical Spa, Paula worked for Johnson & Johnson for over 10 years and held senior management positions in the medical and sales education, and customer relationship management departments.

Paula has authored for Medical Spa Report Magazine and also a textbook on advanced aesthetic practices sold on the Internet and used by the students of Metro Beauty Academy in Allentown, PA.

She is also on the Advisory Boards for Lincoln Technical Institute, Metro Beauty Academy and Acara Medical Spa Consultants and is an editorial blogger for MedicalSpaMD and has provided educational webinars for Palomar Medical, Inc. and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Glenn
Office Manager - Center Valley, PA

As Office Manager, Glenn utilizes his organizational skills and his attention to detail to provide an uncomplicated process for navigating you through your experience at Young Medical Spa^®.

For Glenn the appearance of our facility and the performance of the front office is another important aesthetic value to deliver to our clients. When you see our professional environment and operation you are assured of knowledgeable attention and expert care.

Glenn’s commitment to this outcome for every client is his contribution to the quality of our customer service.

Nasima
Office Manager - Lansdale, PA

Nasima earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University. While in college, she hosted a Health Fair event in Italy held by the Study Abroad Program which focused on International Health Plans and Policies.

Nasima works closely with Dr. Victor M. Otero in Young Medical Spa^®'s Lansdale, PA location.

She coordinates patient consultations and appointments, provides assistance to both Dr. Otero and patients of Young Medical Spa^®, and conducts all business and marketing operations.

Her friendly smile and attitude is welcoming to our patients and her eagerness to provide quality service to the patients of Young Medical Spa^® ensures them they will receive excellent care.

Rita
Clinical Coordinator - Center Valley, PA

Rita handles the many local and out-of-state phone calls and email inquiries we receive at Young Medical Spa^® and conducts complimentary consultations for individuals interested in our procedures.

She is compassionate and understanding and is eager to help you make the right decision for your aesthetic needs. She understands that you may have many questions about the various procedures we offer and she is happy to provide you with prompt and honest information.

Rita's experience and integrity are recognized throughout the aesthetic industry as she is continually researching and studying new advances in the skin care and the latest developments in technology and formulations. Her goal is to maintain an environment that delivers exceptional service and will guide you in your decision for the right treatment and service to fit your particular need.

Diana
Clinical Coordinator & Certified Laser Technician - Lansdale, PA

Diana is a Certified Laser Technician who began treating patients with various laser technologies since 2005. She specializes in laser hair removal, skin tightening, IPL photo facials and VelaShape™.

Additionally, Diana is an Allergan Skin Care Specialist and can tell you all about Latisse, Juvéderm™, Botox®, and other skin care products.

In our Lansdale office, she will conduct complimentary consultations and perform various laser treatments under the direction of Dr. Victor Otero, all while making our clients feel comfortable about talking about their biggest insecurities. Diana focuses on buliding relationships with our clients and helps to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

Kristin
Clinical Receptionist & Registered Medical Assistant

Kristin earned her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and Administrative Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown, PA.

Kristin often will be one of the first people you will speak with on the telephone and is very knowledgeable about the treatments and procedures we offer at Young Medical Spa^®. She will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.

Kristin also assists Dr. Young in the operating room and treatment rooms and conducts second consultations with patients undergoing body sculpting procedures. Kristin also is the liaison and coordinator for patients who are participating in the Young hCG Diet Program.

Heather
VelaShape™, ZERONA™ & Soprano XL Technician
Stem Cell Lab Technician
Certified Massage Therapist

Heather performs VelaShape™ for fat and cellulite reduction, ZERONA™ Low Level Laser for fat reduction, and pain-free laser hair reduction utilizing the Soprano XL diode laser. She conducts consultations with patients interested in VelaShape™ and ZERONA™ procedures. She also is a technician in Young Medical Spa^®'s state-of-the-art stem cell lab where she extracts stem cells from fat samples taken from patients for stem cell enriched fat transfer natural breast augmentation procedures.

She received her certification in Massage Therapy from the Health Options Institute. She also holds various certifications including CosMedix and Results Rx Peels and products.

Heather is determined to give you the best results possible with the technologies she uses. Her patients adore her and know that they are in more than capable hands during their treatments.

Seena
Licensed Esthetician & Certified Laser Technician

Seena is a licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She is committed to providing you with individualized skin care and laser treatments in order to enhance your skin's natural beauty.

She consistently attends aesthetic and laser conventions and seminars focusing on the most advanced and beneficial skin care treatments. Seena performs a variety of specialty treatments including facials, DiamondTip™ Microdermabraision, and chemical peels. As a Laser Technician Seena’s capable hands and warm smile will put you at ease with her experience in pain-free laser hair reduction with the Soprano XL diode laser, IPL Photo Facials for skin discolorations and acne, LuxDeepIR™ Pain-Free Fractional Skin Tightening, and Lux1540™ Fractional Skin Resurfacing procedures for stretch marks and scars.

A graduate of Syracuse University and Metro Beauty Academy, Seena is trained in several product lines such as Cosmedix, Results RX, SkinCeuticals, Glytone and Obagi. Seena has a true gift for customizing and tailoring skin care to meet your needs with warmth and compassion and she understands many of the personal skin care issues people face towards achieving their ‘best self’.

Breille
Registered Medical Assistant

Breille earned her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and Administrative Technology from Lehigh Valley College in Center Valley, PA.

Prior to joining the staff of Young Medical Spa^®, Breille worked in plastic surgery practices. She primarily assists Dr. Young in the operating room during body sculpting, natural breast augmentation, and Brazilian butt lift procedures and also during laser and cosmetic injectable procedures.

Breille’s special quality is her attentiveness to you throughout your procedure. Her experience and background provide an intuitive ability to predict and anticipate your needs. As a result, your comfort is always insured and your procedure will flow smoothly.

Stephanie
Clinical Manager, Registered Medical Assistant

Stephanie earned her certification in Medical Assisting from Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown, PA.

Prior to joining the staff of Young Medical Spa^®, Stephanie previously worked in pain management, and a variety of specialty practices such as orthopaedics and plastic surgery.

Stephanie assists Dr. Young in the operating room during body sculpting, natural breast augmentation, and Brazilian butt lift procedures. She also assists during laser and cosmetic injectable procedures.

Stephanie's friendly personality is welcoming to our patients. Her goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible and assure you that you are receiving competent and capable care.

Laury
Clinical Receptionist & Licensed Esthetician

Laury studied Medical Aesthetics at Metro Beauty Academy and is a Licensed Esthetician as of 2009. Prior to joining the staff of Young Medical Spa®, Laury worked for another medical spa and salon/spa in the Lehigh Valley. She has over six years experience in clinical coordinating and scheduling and is knowledgeable of all our procedures and treatments. Laury has hands-on experience with laser hair removal devices and VelaShape™.

Laury will be one of the first people you speak with when you call or visit Young Medical Spa® in Center Valley. Her goal is to guide you through scheduling your appointment with ease and help you feel welcome and confident whenever you walk through our door. She is eager to make your experience at Young Medical Spa® enjoyable and care free.

Prisilia
Certified Medical Assistant

Prisilia hails from Jersey City, NJ and has been residing in Easton, PA for over ten years. She received her Certification in Medical Assisting from Ultrasound Diagnostics School in Iselin, NJ and is a member of the American Medical Technologist (an association). An interesting fact about Prisilia is that she speaks two languages!

Prior to joining our clinical staff, she worked at a family practice office for ten years as a Medical Assistant and an Administrative Clinical Partner. Prisilia primarily assists Dr. Thomas Young in the operating room during awake tumescent laser liposuction, Natural Breast Augmentation and Brazilian Butt Lift procedures. She also assists all clinicians during laser treatments and in cosmetic injectable procedures.

Prisilia is extremely focused on the care and comfort of her patients and strives to make their experience at Young Medical Spa® enjoyable.

Koren
Registered Medical Assistant

Koren is a graduate of the Medical Assistant program at Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown, PA. This education provided her with the opportunity for a career change and the chance to explore her interests in the medical field. Koren’s intelligence, thoroughness, and understanding of our medical spa practice make her an excellent compliment to the staff.

Koren primarily assists Dr. Victor Otero in the operating room during awake tumescent laser liposuction procedures at both the Center Valley and Lansdale locations. She also accompanies the physicians during pre and post-operative patient visits and assists all clinicians during laser treatments and cosmetic injectable procedures.

Koren’s expertise and engaging personality always make patients feel both secure and at ease.
